Ramsey came out promptly to help. Unfortunately, the blower motor was out on our furnace. He ordered the part we needed and fought with the manufacturer on our behalf to get the parts we needed, and even managed to get a $600 part for free for us. He kept us updated through the process and got the repair done promptly and professionally. He was very knowledgeable and honest, and I appreciate those qualities! Hopefully we won't need any more repairs anytime soon 🙃 but if we do, I-25 Mechanical will be our go-to HVAC company from now on! read less
