I Sent a msg, the reply was quick and very straightforward, they answered all my questions. I set up the appointment very easy. On the appointment date the called before arrival very professional, informative and explained everything to my dad who is 70yrs old. I really appreciate their honesty, not like the other company that my dad called first that tried to talk him into buying a whole new ac unit. I had scheduled him for late in the day for general A/C maintenance. He was able to come much earlier in the day after calling me and confirming my availability, which worked great for me. Johnny is personable, knowledgeable, and always will take the time to explain the whats and whys of the situation in an easy way to understand. Johnny even helped diagnosed a separate electrical issue I was having with my outlets that easily saved me a couple of hundred. Use these people! read less
