Ramsey and I-25 was top of the heap; mainly because he not only told me what to expect and quoted me a great price but also because of the little things like Ramsey looking up rebates and comparing which products would give me the most bang for the buck. When it came time for install, Zane and Malik took care to keep everything orderly and clean and piped and wired correctly. Afterwards, Ramsey personally tested the system to ensure it was working correctly. It wasn't, so Ramsey ensured that a new thermostat was provided that worked with the new heat pump.Ramsey also did my furnace for a previous dwelling. To me, the mark of a good contractor is "would you refer him to a friend?" The answer is an unequivocal yes.
