But something we needed to do as the daughter's house is under contract and furnace inspection is pretty much required by home inspector of whole house.
Ramsey was to show up between 2 and 4. He was there at 2:04 or so. Quickly started to work, cleaned burners, changed filter hooked up gauges on A/C did all that he was supposed to do.
I had a very comfortable feeling about him, he presented himself well and was very knowledgeable.

I explained the problem to him he got right to diagnosing the problem. He contacted 2 parts supplier right away got my blower motor in overnight at a great price. The technician who did the install, Malik both the replacement done, tested everything to make sure all was working properly.
