I Sent a msg, the reply was quick and very straightforward, they answered all my questions. I set up the appointment very easy. On the appointment date the called before arrival very professional, informative and explained everything to my dad who is 70yrs old. I really appreciate their honesty, not like the other company that my dad called first that tried to talk him into buying a whole new ac unit.
